A growing CPA firm is looking for a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and execution while partnering closely with senior leadership on growth and business development initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, hands-on marketer who enjoys owning initiatives from strategy through execution. The role will oversee integrated campaigns, content, digital marketing, events, and marketing automation while helping strengthen the firm's brand and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, content, and other channels
• Partner with leadership to support business development, client acquisition, and growth initiatives
• Create compelling content and messaging for business owners, executives, clients, and prospects
• Manage hands-on campaign execution within HubSpot
• Oversee client events, networking programs, and other marketing initiatives
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
• Lead and mentor marketing team members and coordinate with external partners

Ideal Background

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience xevrcyc
• Experience within accounting, CPA, professional services, or a similar environment strongly preferred
• Strong campaign strategy, content development, and project management skills
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on business development initiatives
• Previous team leadership or mentorship experience
