The Marketing Lead helps turn marketing ideas and strategy into organized, effective execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that works closely with multiple departments to manage projects, coordinate campaigns, and keep marketing initiatives moving from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Create project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns, promotions, events, and initiatives.
• Partner with teams across Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, Training, and Customer Experience.
• Support customer marketing efforts including email, SMS, direct mail, promotions, memberships, and reactivation campaigns.
• Coordinate traditional marketing initiatives
• Manage outside vendors and marketing partners.
• Analyze campaign and business performance to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Research new marketing ideas, tools, and vendors.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
