We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in the Savannah area.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, compliance, and EHS support. The HR Manager will partner closely with plant and organizational leadership to build effective people strategies while supporting a growing manufacturing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to managers and employees
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and total headcount management
• Manage employee relations and support effective resolution of workplace concerns
• Lead performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee development initiatives
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, systems, and best practices
• Partner with leadership on organizational development, employee engagement, and retention
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership
• Support EHS programs, compliance initiatives, and related policies
• Manage departmental budgets and HR-related projects
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Partner with department leaders on personnel, workforce, and EHS matters

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Demonstrated experience with employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and workforce planning
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using HRIS systems and maintaining HR data and records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience
• SHRM certification
• Experience with ADP and/or SAP
• Experience supporting EHS initiatives in a manufacturing environment
