Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Opportunity

An established and growing professional services firm in Coral Gables is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Marketing Specialist to serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of initiatives, and making a measurable impact on business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys balancing both traditional and digital marketing responsibilities. You'll work directly with firm leadership and subject matter experts to support business development, build brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, and execute marketing initiatives that drive results.

Approximately 50% of the role is focused on traditional marketing and business development support, while the other 50% focuses on digital marketing, content, CRM, analytics, and vendor management.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Business Development

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the firm.
  • Support attorneys and leadership with business development and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support client acquisition and growth objectives.
  • Create presentations, collateral materials, promotional content, and client-facing communications.
  • Coordinate conferences, networking events, seminars, sponsorships, and industry functions.
  • Research and manage opportunities for rankings, awards, directories, and industry recognition.
  • Assist with client proposals, RFP responses, and business development materials.
  • Support attorney networking initiatives and help track business development efforts.

Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate website updates and work with external vendors to maintain and improve online presence.
  • Support content development and distribution across digital channels.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives and CRM management.
  • Analyze marketing performance, gather data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Transform marketing data and business insights into meaningful stories and actionable recommendations.
  • Support search optimization and digital visibility initiatives.

Marketing Operations

  • Manage vendors, timelines, projects, and marketing workflows.
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
  • Coordinate internal marketing requests and project priorities.
  • Support firm-wide initiatives including client events, gifting programs, and other marketing-related activities.
  • Track marketing activities, reporting metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and owning projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience within legal, professional services, consulting, financial services, or other B2B industries.
  • Experience supporting business development efforts.
  • Exposure to website management, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience working with external agencies, consultants, or marketing vendors.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
