Human Resources Manager

Responsibility

• Establish policies covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, employee relations and compliance.
• Develop workforce planning for the factory and drive recruitment for key positions.
• Be responsible for employee handbook, on-boarding & off boarding, discipline management and corporate culture development.

Accountability

• Fill key positions in accordance with the production launch schedule.
• Launch HR policies and employee handbook.
• Ensure stable operation of compensation & benefits and attendance processes.
• Keep labor compliance, employee relations and turnover risks under control

Skill

• Familiar with US federal and North Carolina labor laws, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, HRIS and employee relations.
• Possess organization building and cross-cultural communication capabilities.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Over 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of HR management experience in manufacturing industry. xevrcyc
• Experience in greenfield factory recruitment and SHRM/PHR certification is preferred.
