Consulting Business Analyst:

Business Analysts lead automation initiatives by applying technical and process expertise. They work across IT and business teams to design, build, and test automation solutions that meet enterprise needs. They manage projects from start to finish—including planning, development, deployment, and handoffs to support teams—and help resolve issues to ensure successful execution. They also guide and support staff to maintain quality and consistency in automation efforts. They will be the ones discussing business cases with high level business leaders during the and bringing those details back to the IT team. HUGE personality for this! Need someone with great business demeanor.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of experience as an Analyst or Sr. Analyst role
• Written clear, efficient documentation for tools, scripts, and processes
• Apply Six Sigma principles to identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities
• Design, develop, and monitor business and technical workflows
• Created innovative solutions for challenges during design, scripting, and maintenance
• Implemented testing best practices within the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
