We are seeking a high-performing Freight Brokerage Sales Executive with a proven track record of developing new shipper accounts, generating new business, and building long-term customer relationships.
This is a true business development role focused on acquiring new customers. It is not a carrier sales or operations position.

Responsibilities
*Prospect and acquire new shipper accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
*Build and grow your own book of business.
*Develop long-term relationships with shippers and key decision-makers.
*Identify customer transportation needs and provide customized freight solutions.
*Negotiate pricing, contracts, and transportation agreements.
*Collaborate with the operations team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage Business Development or Transportation Sales
- Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and acquiring new shipper accounts.
- Experience selling transportation services to shippers is strongly preferred. Existing shipper relationships or a book of business is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for generating new business.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
