Hybrid 3-4 days onsite in New York, NY
Our client seeks an experienced AdTech Product Owner and Business Analyst hybrid who can bridge business strategy and technical execution within advertising technology. The professional will lead discovery, analyze complex processes and systems, and facilitate stakeholder engagement across digital and linear media ecosystems. The candidate will balance competing commercial interests while driving product innovation and revenue optimization. The role requires exceptional executive communication, diplomatic negotiation, and the ability to guide senior leaders through complex decisions. Being in the NY/NJ area is required for stakeholder interaction.

Rate: $75.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:- Lead discovery sessions to elicit business objectives, requirements, and success criteria across AdTech initiatives.
- Translate advertising business strategies into actionable product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
- Analyze complex business processes, data flows, and system integrations across digital and linear ecosystems.
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope in partnership with engineering.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and decision forums, driving alignment on scope, tradeoffs, and timelines.
- Own revenue optimization use cases and measurement strategies to inform iterative product improvements.
- Partner with analytics, ad operations, and sales to validate outcomes and inform roadmap adjustments.
- Ensure traceability from business goals to delivered functionality and measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience in AdTech as a Product Owner or Business Analyst working across digital and linear media.
- Deep understanding of advertising business models, yield management, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing commercial interests while driving product innovation.
- Hands-on experience defining user stories, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management with executive communication and diplomatic negotiation skills.
- Experience facilitating discovery, process mapping, and data flow analysis.
- Comfort working in agile environments with iterative delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Based in the NY/NJ area for direct stakeholder interaction.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
