Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for leading HR operations and supporting a growing, science-driven organization. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support performance management processes, and coordinate training and development initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership and staff to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with CAT's mission and values.
