THE OPPORTUNITY

Within our Telecom practice, we deliver end-to-end geospatial and engineering services that accelerate network deployment, reduce costly field rework, improve engineering accuracy and create reliable digital infrastructure records across the fiber and wireless infrastructure lifecycle.

Magnasoft is seeking a high-caliber Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our Telecom vertical. This is an individual contributor role with two complementary areas of focus. You will be responsible for relationship management and growth of existing key accounts, and you will also land new logos to grow our Telecom client portfolio. Our customers span AEC and EPC firms, where we engage in a partner-led delivery model as an extension of their teams, and also direct to operators such as carriers and tower companies.

This is a quota carrying role where you will be responsible for strategic growth planning across key accounts and building new pipeline to expand our footprint as a go-to-partner for end-to-end OSP fiber engineering, tower modeling, and PLA services.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

Fiber Services

Magnasoft's fiber service portfolio spans the full project lifecycle. This includes fielding (digital and traditional), base map creation, high-level and low-level fiber network design, pole load analysis, make-ready engineering, construction and permit drawings, Traffic Control Plans, MDU, Right of Entry (RoE), and ISP designs, as-built updates, and address curation.

Tower & Wireless Infrastructure Services

On the wireless side, Magnasoft delivers tower surveys, 3D digital twin modeling, AI/ML-powered asset management solutions, tower and mount mapping, equipment analysis and inventory management, structural analysis and as-built engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Telecom Vertical Account Executive

• Own annual quota and drive new logo acquisition and pipeline growth to grow the Telecom business.
• Engage decision-makers and develop relationships with operators, engineering firms, EPCs, and service providers.
• Develop strategic partnerships where co-selling and industry collaboration foster growth.
• Close pilot projects, prove value, and expand to multi-year programs.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Represent Magnasoft at industry events and conferences.

Domain Knowledge

• Deep understanding of fiber network design and construction: FTTx deployment, site surveys, make-ready engineering, as-built documentation, splice management.
• Knowledge of tower infrastructure: drone surveys, structural analysis, equipment integration, digital twins.
• Familiarity with federal broadband funding programs.

Market Experience

• Must have experience working with or selling to operators and/or engineering firms.
• Established relationships in telecom and broadband markets.
• Understanding of how operators and engineering firms procure services.

Education & Other

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Regular travel for customer meetings and events.
