POSITION SUMMARY:
The Development Analyst will support UDG in all aspects of affordable housing acquisitions and development through financial modeling, industry research, and strategic analysis. The Development Analyst will support the team in efficiently underwriting the viability of new development opportunities as well as in the execution of existing development deals. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, thrive in a fast-paced setting and want to be instrumental in building affordable housing.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate may be eligible for a performance-based bonus up to 10%, which is determined based on individual and company performance.
