Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide critical recruiting support in an expeditious and professional manner
• Support hiring teams by creating interview schedules, working through scheduling challenges, and developing creative solutions when scheduling conflicts arise
• Accurately corresponding with all candidates and interviewers to ensure communication of all interview details
• Monitor Applicant Tracking System to ensure timely review of applicants' resumes
• Support and provide a positive candidate experience at all times
• Apply continuous improvement mentality to all aspects of work

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail and equally strong organizational skills
• Experience with scheduling in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, and work well under pressure
• Track record for displaying a high degree of maturity and independence
• Bachelor's degree
