Supply Chain Manager

Location: Franklin, IN | On-Site

Salary: $120,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for an established manufacturing organization. This role will oversee procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory, and logistics while leading a team and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, material planning, inventory, supplier management, and logistics.
• Develop supplier strategies, manage RFQs, negotiations, sourcing, and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory levels, material availability, and supply/demand planning.
• Lead and develop supply chain team members, including buyers and planners.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Partner with operations, quality, and other departments to support production and customer requirements.
• Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance experience.
• Experience managing and developing a supply chain team.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Aerospace, defense, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
