AMS Delivery Manager – Supply Chain & Finance Applications/

EDI Support and Service Governance Manager

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AMS service delivery for Supply Chain, Finance, and EDI application portfolios.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and lead service governance activities.
• Manage major incidents, stakeholder communications, RCA, and problem management.
• Oversee change management, releases, and CAB participation.
• Drive service reporting, dashboards, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage distributed AMS support teams, vendors, and customer escalations.
• Lead automation, knowledge management, shift-left strategies, and AI-driven support enhancements.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years managing AMS/Application Support engagements.
• Strong experience in EDI operations and integrations.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain and Finance applications.
• Experience leading globally distributed support teams.
