A high-growth real estate investment platform is seeking an Analyst to join its growing Portfolio Management team. This is an opportunity for an early-career real estate or finance professional to gain broad exposure across portfolio strategy, investment analysis, asset management, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain portfolio and fund-level financial models
• Prepare portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and presentation materials
• Analyze portfolio performance, including actual vs. budget, forecasts, and key operating trends
• Evaluate portfolio composition, financing and capital structure, and potential exit opportunities
• Partner with Asset Management, Acquisitions, and FP&A to support investment decision-making
• Assist with portfolio reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support acquisition, financing, and other transaction execution
• Identify asset and portfolio-level opportunities to improve financial performance
• Help develop scalable reporting and analytical processes using technology and business intelligence tools

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus
