Property Damage Estimator

Now Hiring – Property Damage Estimator - Full-Time

We’re seeking a Property Damage Estimator to inspect, estimate, and manage residential and commercial property damage claims involving fire, water, wind, and collision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate estimates


• Work with insurance representatives, TPAs, and property owners


• Manage multiple time-sensitive claims and maintain detailed job documentation


• Apply knowledge of construction and property restoration methods


• Provide compassionate, professional customer service


• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Must Have:

• 2–4 years of construction estimating or related field experience


• Construction knowledge; estimating experience preferred


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license


• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills


• Ability to work on active/damaged job sites and travel within the region


• No felony convictions

Preferred:

• Xactimate experience


• Property reconstruction/restoration experience


• IICRC certifications
