About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-funded, hyper-growth FinTech startup that is modernizing financial workflows and accounts receivable for traditional B2B sectors (such as manufacturing and industrials). Backed by top-tier venture capital firms, they are seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to create demand and build a robust sales pipeline.

As one of the first members of this team, you will help set the gold standard for their go-to-market motion. We back this expectation with an $85,000 Base and a $115,000 OTE. Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Outbound Engine: Drive intense, high-volume prospecting (executing 120+ cold calls and 40+ tailored emails daily) to qualify leads and generate pipeline.


• Command the Discovery: Lead initial discovery conversations and deliver tailored product presentations that directly address the prospect's specific business challenges.


• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an accurate, healthy sales pipeline using modern CRM tools (like HubSpot) to ensure reliable forecasting.


• Market Expansion: Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue within mid-market targets and represent the brand at industry networking events.


• Cross-Functional Impact: Provide critical frontline feedback to product and marketing teams to continuously refine messaging and GTM strategies.
