Physician Assistant -- Direct Primary Care | Northglenn, CO

Legacy Primary Care (Direct Primary Care) is hiring a Physician Assistant to work alongside Dr. Deric Rachjaibun in Northglenn, CO.

This is relationship-based family medicine in a membership DPC model — no RVU treadmill. You’ll see patients, manage follow-ups, and collaborate with Dr. Rachjaibun so members get the access DPC promises.

Compensation: approximately $150,000–$170,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:

- NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant

- Active Colorado PA license, or clear path to obtain before start

- Primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or similar outpatient experience

- Comfort with relationship medicine (messaging / continuity), not just throughput
