SALARY: $150,000-$160,000k and 15% bonus

LOCATION: Chicago, IL

4 days onsite

Need to know at a Linux at a storage layer. Looking for a Storage Engineer with 7 years hitachi storage experience and open center administration.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays. Additionally, the candidate needs in-depth knowledge of Linux multipath and Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switching.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Design, implement, and manage storage solutions, primarily using Hitachi and Pure Storage arrays.


• Collaborate with storage vendors on installation, upgrades, and replacements of storage arrays.


• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of storage systems.


• Administer Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switches.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storage projects and requests.

The ideal candidate has

• 7+ years of experience in storage engineering.


• Strong expertise in Hitachi storage solutions: OpsCenter Admin, CM-REST, Analyzer, and RAIDCOM


• Deep understanding of Fibre Channel switching layer with an ability to troubleshoot.


• Familiarity with Pure Storage arrays.


• Proficient in RHEL multipath configuration for various array types.


• Eagerness to work with and learn from the team.
