Finance Analyst

The Role

This is an office-based finance role focused on supporting the financial operations of our landscaping company. You’ll help maintain accurate financial records, manage billing and expenses, support reconciliations and month-end close, and work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to keep our financial processes organized and on track.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial needs of the business and helping ensure our accounting processes run smoothly as we continue to grow.

What You Will Own

• Vendor invoices, payments, and records
• Customer billing and accounts receivable
• Expense and receipt tracking
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Monthly close and financial reporting
• Job costing and financial recordkeeping
• Payroll and 1099 contractor support
• Coordination with Finance and Operations teams
  

Requirements

• 1 + year of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Basic to strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Understanding of bank reconciliations and monthly close
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with a service-based business is a plus
• Landscaping or construction industry experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
