Local Pay: $27.20 /hour - W2

Shift Details:

  • Day shift, Thursday-Saturday

Certified Medication Assistant (QMAP) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications according to physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

  • Verify medications, dosages, routes, and administration times before giving medications.

  • Document medication administration, refusals, and omissions accurately.

  • Observe and report adverse reactions or changes in patient/resident condition.

  • Maintain proper medication storage, security, and accountability.

  • Communicate medication-related concerns to nursing staff and supervisors.

  • Maintain patient/resident safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

  • Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and medication regulations.

  • Perform duties only within the QMAP’s authorized scope of practice.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current, valid, and unrestrictedCO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of 1 year/sof recent experience as aQMAP within the last 3 years.

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,...)
