We've grown to 3M+ users and are currently growing 50–100% month over month. We're building an alternative to traditional AI platforms around better products, efficient AI, privacy, and safety.

We're a small team moving extremely quickly, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build the EcoGPT brand from the ground up.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Associate to work across nearly every part of marketing at EcoGPT.

This is a generalist role. You might spend one day helping launch a major brand campaign, the next analyzing growth performance, coordinating creators, working on a product launch, planning an event, or helping produce content.

You'll work closely with the founders and the rest of the team on how millions of people discover, understand, and engage with EcoGPT.

You'll help with:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, creator, experiential, and offline channels
• Launching new products, features, and brand initiatives
• Creating and coordinating content across EcoGPT's channels
• Working with creators, influencers, partners, and agencies
• Conducting market, competitor, and customer research
• Tracking campaign performance and turning data into decisions
• Helping develop EcoGPT's brand, messaging, and positioning
• Supporting events, activations, partnerships, and community initiatives
• Jumping into whatever high-impact marketing problem matters most that week

Who We're Looking For

You're probably a strong fit if you:

• Are an exceptional communicator and writer
• Have strong taste and understand internet culture, brands, and consumer products
• Are analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions
• Move quickly and can take projects from an idea to execution
• Are extremely organized and reliable
• Have high attention to detail
• Are comfortable operating without a detailed playbook
• Have experience with marketing, growth, content, social media, creators, branding, or related work
• Want significant responsibility early in your career
• Are excited about AI, technology, sustainability, and building a category-defining consumer brand

We care much more about ability, taste, initiative, and speed than a specific degree or number of years of experience.

Compensation: $120,000 salary + 0.1%–0.5% equity, depending on experience and impact.
