Cardiology APP Leader Clinical & Team Development

The Hartford HealthCare Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) leader in Cardiology at Backus Hospital and supporting the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group outpatient offices to coordinate an advanced level of comprehensive care for cardiology patients.

This role leads the APP team, drives program development and quality, oversees supervision, education, and policy implementation across inpatient and outpatient settings.
