Washington, DC Open
ArrowTeam is looking for System Engineer in Washington, DC. This local job opportunity with ID 3877028292 is live since 2026-10-08 20:19:19.

Arrow Team delivers high-speed incident response and premium managed IT services to organizations facing disruption, complexity, and risk. We combine precision engineering with mission-first urgency to restore control in the face of chaos. As we expand our MSP offering, we’re building a technically elite team capable of owning core infrastructure across a diverse client base.

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically adept, client-focused Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You’ll be responsible for architecting, deploying, maintaining, and supporting secure, scalable server and endpoint environments for a portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients across industries. You will act as both escalation engineer and infrastructure lead for client onboarding, projects, and complex operational issues.

This is not a pure ticket-resolution role. We’re looking for someone who can design solutions, lead deployments, automate repetitive tasks, and own client success from a systems and infrastructure perspective.

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of hands-on systems engineering experience, including design, implementation, and administration of Windows and/or Linux server environments.

Prior MSP or consulting experience supporting multiple concurrent clients.

Strong expertise with core Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, certificate services, and file/print services.

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent) and storage systems.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure AD, Azure IaaS, AWS EC2, hybrid identity/connectivity).

Competency in endpoint management and security, including Intune, patch management, and backup/recovery solutions.

Comfortable leading technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Exceptional documentation, follow-through, and time management skills.
