The Role

• Carry out power flow, contingency (N-1), and system planning studies on major transmission projects
• Support interconnection studies and influence technical decision-making
• Work on long-term planning strategies and future grid scenarios
• Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and senior stakeholders
• Clear progression into senior/lead positions as the team grows

The Candidate

• Experience in transmission planning, interconnection, or power systems analysis
• Familiar with tools such as PSS®E, PSLF, PowerWorld, or similar
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
