Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budgeting, vendor management and planning
• Manage marketing projects and channel campaigns (digital, events, conferences, thought leadership)
• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage content creation, list generation and distribution
• Maintain website content and marketing collateral, keeping materials current and on-brand
• Develop and improve marketing workflows, SOPs and process documentation
• Support client/investor-facing events, including webcasts and webinars
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, approvals and meeting follow-through
• Prepare reports and presentations, and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness

Requirements / Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or financial services marketing
• Experience in alternative investments or asset management preferred
• Strong project management and xevrcyc organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and email marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/CMS experience a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
