Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Document technical requirements and API specifications for the CheckMarket integration and Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration.

Own user stories and acceptance criteria for survey lookup, PDF generation, and user management for up to 50 users.

Partner with technical and client teams to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.

Lead client-facing requirements walkthroughs and presentations.

Work closely with development teams throughout Agile sprints to clarify requirements and resolve questions.

Support requirements gathering, refinement, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by the delivery team.

Required Qualifications:

Senior-level Business Analyst experience.

Strong experience documenting technical requirements and API specifications.

Experience working with integrations and system/platform migrations.

Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Jira and Agile/Scrum experience required.

Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Ability to lead requirements walkthroughs with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working closely with software development teams.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
