Manager of Accounting

What You'll Do

• Lead technical accounting research and implementation related to revenue recognition and complex business transactions
• ASC 606
• Evaluate contracts and revenue arrangements to ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance
• Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Executive Leadership on revenue-related matters
• Prepare and review accounting memoranda supporting technical accounting conclusions
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes related to revenue accounting
• Support external audits and respond to technical accounting inquiries from auditors
• Monitor emerging accounting guidance and assess impacts to the organization
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across accounting operations
• Participate in strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and new business offerings from an accounting perspective

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Public accounting experience required, preferably with a nationally recognized or Big Four firm
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
• Experience researching and documenting technical accounting positions
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and translate business terms into accounting conclusions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, business-oriented mindset
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems preferred
