Aesthetic & Wellness Provider (NP/PA)

ILŪMRA Skin is growing, and we’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as an Aesthetic & Wellness Provider.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced injector with a strong aesthetic eye, a passion for wellness, and a thoughtful approach to patient care. You’ll provide personalized aesthetic treatments while expanding your knowledge of integrative wellness and functional medicine.

Prior functional medicine experience is welcome, but curiosity, a commitment to learning, and excitement about inside-out skin health are essential. We value natural-looking results, patient education, and long-term relationships—and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 360-consultations, review health histories, and assess patient goals and treatment suitability.


• Develop personalized treatment plans that consider aesthetic concerns, skin health, and overall wellness.


• Perform neuromodulator, dermal filler, and biostimulator treatments within your training and demonstrated competency.


• Provide wellness consultations and services within your scope of practice and ILŪMRA’s clinical protocols.


• Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, aftercare, and maintenance.


• Collaborate with our medical director, providers, and estheticians to coordinate patient care.


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and informed consent, follow safety protocols, and manage complications appropriately.


• Build lasting patient relationships through attentive care and consistent follow-up.


• Participate in ongoing training and support team education, patient-facing content, and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina NP or PA license and relevant national board certification.


• Prior hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.


• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injectable safety, and complication management.


• A thoughtful aesthetic eye and commitment to balanced, natural-looking results.


• Passion for wellness and eagerness to learn about functional medicine.


• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.


• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for growing with our practice.


• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.


• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse.


• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness.


• Training or experience in functional medicine, nutrition, or metabolic health.
