As the Manager, Donor Relations & Philanthropy Communications, you'll help shape how donors experience the impact of their partnership with Father's Joes Villages. You'll translate complex programs, services, and outcomes into clear, compelling communications that demonstrate impact, strengthen trust, and deepen donor engagement.
You'll work with program leaders, organizational leadership, and other internal partners to create meaningful donor experiences and communications that reflect both the significance of our work and the dignity of the people we serve.

Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to meet donor or organizational needs. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or meetings. The role includes local travel for donor visits, site tours, and event support as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The anticipated starting pay range is $86, 674 – $108,326 annually.
