About the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire
Estimated Annual Salary: $215,000 - $235,000

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management-side employment law counseling & litigation
- Skilled and experienced in wage and hour collective and class actions
- Member of the Illinois Bar
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
