Dispatch Coordinator

Go2 Logistics is a Chicago-based, full-service transportation provider helping companies move freight across North America. With 17 terminals nationwide and a network of company assets, owner-operators, and trusted partner carriers, our team keeps freight moving around the clock.

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, working directly with drivers and our operations team to coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry while learning how to manage real-time shipments, communicate with drivers, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery


• Communicate with drivers regarding load details, appointments, schedules, changes, and delays


• Track driver progress and provide accurate, timely shipment updates


• Troubleshoot issues that arise in transit and work quickly to keep loads moving


• Maintain accurate shipment information and required documentation within company systems


• Work closely with drivers, sales, and operations while managing multiple priorities
