Our client is a small, family-owned CPA firm in Ridgefield, CT with a tight-knit team of five. They have built a loyal client base over the years and are looking to add a tax professional who wants more than just a seat at a desk. What You'll Do

• Prepare individual, business, and other tax returns using ProSeries


• Work in QuickBooks to support client bookkeeping and tax prep


• Take on review responsibilities and client communication as you grow


• Help shape the future of the firm as it plans for succession

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience (Associate and Senior level candidates welcome)


• Experience with ProSeries and QuickBooks is a plus


• CPA or on the path to CPA preferred


• Someone self-motivated who wants to build something long term, not just punch a clock

Compensation and Benefits

• $80-100K base, depending on experience


• Monthly benefits contribution of $500 to $1,500 toward your coverage


• Hybrid and flexible schedule


• Clear runway toward Partner
