We are looking for experienced nursing professionals to join a dynamic BSN program as full-time faculty, offering potential leadership growth opportunities. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about education and shaping the next generation of nurses.

Compensation:

• $110,000 – $115,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

• Teach lecture, lab, and clinical courses (up to 12 credits/semester)
• Support curriculum development and student outcomes
• Provide academic advising and student support
• Participate in faculty committees and program initiatives

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, in-person (campus + clinical sites)
• 4 days per week on-site
• Day, evening, or weekend schedule options

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (required)
• 7+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years teaching experience (lecture preferred)
