Hardware Test Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Hardware Test Engineer – Level 3 with 5+ years of experience in hardware design, validation, testing, and debugging.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics, along with hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB layout, board bring-up, and hardware validation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE)


• 3+ years of experience in electrical/hardware engineering


• Experience with hardware design, testing, validation, and debugging


• Experience with schematic design and PCB layout


• Experience with Allegro or similar PCB/CAD tools


• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills


• Knowledge of USB 3.2, USB-PD, DisplayPort, PCIe, I2C, and SPI


• Experience with board bring-up and hardware validation


• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
