Immigration Operations & Practice Management (Contract)

We are seeking proposals for contract project to optimize and improve our practice management systems, workflows, matter organization, client intake processes, document collection procedures, and case-management operations. This opportunity is not for an IT services contract. Understanding of immigration law practice operations and ability to translate that into workflows, automations, templates, and processes are the core required skills.

Responsibilities

Review and improve existing case-management workflows

Configure and optimize our practice management software

Design better processes for: intake, document collection, case processing, task management, tracking and communication.

Qualifications

Experience working and understand how immigration cases move.

Interested in identifying and improving processes

Experience in leveraging technology to reduce administrative loads.

Experience with tools like Clio, eimmigration, Docketwise and prior similar consulting experience with law firms - preferred.

Project based fees.
