POSITION SUMMARY: Facility Solutions Sales Representative

Lindenmeyr Munroe is seeking an experienced Facility Solutions Sales Representative with extensive knowledge of the janitorial supply industry, national distribution organizations, and regional and national customer account management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and suppliers across a broad range of facility solution products, including paper products, plastics, skincare products, and cleaning chemicals. This individual will be responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting sales and operations, coordinating supplier relationships, and ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

This position will work closely with the Facility Solutions sales organization, Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), branch teams, operations, customers, and suppliers to facilitate account setup, product alignment, pricing, contract support, reporting, and ongoing customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Development – Building and onboarding direct accounts for Facility Solutions with local, regional, and national locations in our respective vertical markets (Industrial, Education, Office, High-Traffic, Government, Healthcare).


• Account Maintenance – Ongoing support of new and existing accounts with online ordering, reporting, delivery, billing, payment, etc.


• Product Alignment & Pricing – Collaborate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to align products, programs, pricing, and customer requirements.


• Supplier Contract Support – Assist with supplier contracts, programs, pricing agreements, product information, and related documentation.


• Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are communicated and met.


• Work with LM Sales Team members to assess Facility Solutions needs throughout current LM account base.

This position is primarily based in LM Carol Stream, IL. The position may require travel based on customer location, supplier, sales or business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in the janitorial supply, facility solutions, or related distribution industry.


• Experience managing pricing, contracts, and dynamic market conditions.


• Strong understanding of facility solution products and supplier relationships.


• Experience working with paper products, plastics, skincare products, cleaning chemicals, or related janitorial supplies.


• Strong organizational and account management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer requirements simultaneously.


• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting national account programs janitorial/sanitation supplies


• Experience with customer reporting and account analytics.


• Existing relationships within the janitorial, facility solutions, or national distribution industries.


• Experience with CRM processes.
