We’re looking for established teams or solo drivers willing to team to join our team!

Compensation

• Average Annual Pay: $104,000-$106,000 per driver
  • Daily Pay: $350 per driver
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus per driver
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• 3 Weeks Out
  • Earn 1 day of home time for every week worked
• Running: All Chattanooga dedicated accounts; everything east of I-35; occasionally one lane between Los Angeles and Phoenix
• Occasional driver assist unloads, no lumping. Freight All Kinds/Reefer freight less than 10%. Flex drivers for all Chattanooga dedicated accounts. Will move from account to account to cover Earned Time Off and open positions, as needed.
• Will be expected to service dedicated customers, recover equipment, and help as required by dispatch; this includes slip-seating trucks when needed.
• Drivers may touch freight or run solo as needed (less than 10%).
• Drivers may possibly take truck home, depending on driver's home location; must be willing to slip-seat and travel by car, plane, or bus when needed. May participate in equipment recovery.

Equipment

• Newer Sleeper Freightliners
• Automatic
• Inward and outward event triggered cameras
• Governed speed: 65 mph on the pedal and 68 mph on cruise
• Most equipped with inverters

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 3-months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Moving Violations: No more than 1 serious traffic violations in the last year.
• Accidents: No critical accidents in the last year
• DUI: None in the last 4 years
• Teams or willing to team
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Drivers must live within the following states: AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, TN, KY, WV, VA, and parts of TX (Houston to Dallas Corridor including points east of I-45) and FL (north of I-10)
