We're expanding our DC metro team and looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support client campaigns while developing hands-on experience in communication, customer engagement, and marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing client campaigns through direct, in-person engagement
• Communicating campaign information clearly and professionally
• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
• Supporting customer acquisition and daily campaign goals
• Working alongside the team to deliver consistent results
• Participating in ongoing coaching and development

Who We're Looking For

• Full-time availability in the DC metro area

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or marketing is helpful, but not required.
