As an Acquisition Advisor, you'll connect with property owners across the country, generate new acquisition opportunities, and play a key role in helping expand a nationwide portfolio of telecommunications infrastructure assets.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns


• Engage property owners and decision-makers to identify acquisition opportunities


• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the acquisitions team


• Maintain detailed CRM records and activity tracking


• Research ownership information and gather key transaction details


• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead generation efforts


• Build lasting relationships with property owners while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills


• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls


• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience


• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
