Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development

Salary: $200K - $250K

Hybrid Schedule: 2 remote days per week

Job Summary:

A growing law firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development to lead firmwide marketing and client development initiatives. This high-impact role works closely with firm leadership and attorneys to strengthen market presence, generate new business opportunities, and support strategic growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute firmwide and practice-specific marketing and business development strategies.
• Create compelling pitches, proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and other client-facing materials.
• Support attorneys with client development, cross-selling initiatives, and pitch preparation.
• Manage the firm's website, social media, branding, and digital marketing efforts.
• Oversee conferences, sponsorships, client events, and industry rankings submissions.
• Track business development activity, pipeline opportunities, and ROI metrics.
• Manage CRM platforms, marketing technology, and business intelligence resources.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of marketing and business development experience within a law firm environment.
• Proven success developing winning pitches and client acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
