Engineering & Maintenance Manager

The Engineering & Maintenance Manager has accountability for leadership of approximately 12 maintenance staff, 1 Maintenance Engineer, 1 Maintenance Planner, and 1 Process Engineer. We are looking for a leader who can implement better processes & systems for Maintenance and Reliability as well as coach and develop the team.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS degree or applicable experiences
• 10+ years leading engineering and maintenance activities for a food or beverage manufacturing plant
• Experience leveraging CMMS programs to improve reliability of complex food manufacturing equipment
• Coaching and mentoring of maintenance teams elevating their ability to improve OEE
• Work with the VP of Operations to strategize on the future needs for the plant to continue to modernize operations
• Experience with Rockwell automation and controls systems is a plus
