Contact Center Representative

Location: Rockville, MD

Job Type: Temporary

Assignment Length: Through the end of April 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite

We are working with an established organization in the Rockville area that is seeking Contact Center Representatives for a temporary assignment supporting a busy customer service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service or call center professional who is comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries and providing professional, responsive support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide accurate, timely assistance.
• Support questions related to account and benefit information.
• Research customer questions and provide appropriate information or direction.
• Maintain a professional and courteous phone presence.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional and customer-focused phone presence.
• Experience working in a high-volume call center environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
