Contracts & Transactions Attorney (In-House Secondments)

Entrusted Advisors is expanding our talent bench of attorneys. We place experienced in house counsel attorneys and legal professionals directly with in-house corporate legal teams across industries including energy, healthcare, technology, financial services, insurance, and more.

We're currently seeing steady demand for corporate generalists, contracts managers/counsel, and transactional attorneys across a range of PQE levels.

What You Will Work On:

• Corporate generalist support — day-to-day legal counsel to business teams, policy and process guidance, cross-functional advising


• Commercial contracts — drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of agreements (MSAs, SaaS/technology agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, NDAs, service agreements)


• Transactional work — M&A due diligence, corporate governance matters, entity formation and restructuring, SEC/regulatory filings


• Contract management — playbook development, CLM tools, AI-assisted contract review, dispute/demand-letter resolution

What We're Looking For

• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (in good standing); candidates with strong contract management backgrounds without a J.D. may also be considered depending on the engagement


• In-house and/or law firm experience in corporate, contracts, or transactional practice


• Any level of post-qualification experience — from early-career attorneys with solid contracts experience through 20+ year veterans; we place across the full spectrum


• Comfortable working independently and ramping quickly in a new organization


• Available for contract, interim, or project-based engagements (full-time or part-time, depending on the role)


• Based in the U.S. and able to work U.S. business hours
