What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency
• Develop relationships with individuals, families, and businesses in your community
• Recruit, develop, and lead your own agency team
• Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow your book of business
• Help customers identify insurance solutions that fit their needs
• Establish long-term client relationships through strong service and communication
• Take ownership of the overall growth and performance of your agency

Prior insurance experience is not required. Candidates from sales, management, finance, real estate, hospitality, automotive, recruiting, and other customer-focused industries may be a strong fit.
