Overview

In this role you will design and ship internal, often AI-enabled, tools that automate BD workflows and provide visible performance data. You will build dashboards, extend existing tools, and deliver data-driven insights to sellers and leadership. You'll mentor peers, define team standards, and partner with IT/Data/AI to scale BD capabilities. This position offers a chance to shape large, company-wide initiatives and elevate BD through automation and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to track performance, pipeline health, and revenue opportunities; perform targeted analyses
• Assess and enhance current BD tools and trackers to reduce manual effort and replace ineffective solutions
• Design and deliver internal tools to automate pursuit tracking, research, and deliverable production, owning from problem definition to adoption
• Identify new data sources and tooling ideas by collaborating with stakeholders to address BD gaps and enable leadership decisions
• Produce research-backed briefs for leadership; present findings to executives to establish a trusted advisory voice
• Mentor and upskill the team in tooling, analytics, and reusable components
• Coordinate with IT, Data, and AI teams to align platform standards, architecture, and end-user adoption

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field
• 4+ years in analytics, BI, consulting, or operations, with stakeholder engagement
• Experience building and deploying internal tools and automated workflows for business users, including AI-enabled applications
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience in cloud analytics environments (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Track record of autonomous problem identification and solution proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage multiple workstreams
