Sales Executive. Staffing Engineering and IT. (Energy, Power, Utilities industry)

Quasent provides a wide range consulting services and staff augmentation including systems integration, digital systems integration and optimization, Transmission Line Engineering and Design as well as Substation, Structural, Distribution, Civil, Electrical and other engineering, design and technical roles.

Role Description:

Quasent is looking to add to its Sales team! 5 plus years of staff augmentation and or solutions sales experience in the Electrical, Power, Energy, Grid or Utility industry is required for this position. This role offers an excellent base salary and unlimited commission/bonus plan including equity! This is a full-time, fully remote position. Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• 5 plus years of proven staffing sales and account management or solutions sales or business development, in the Energy, Power or Utility space.


• Prior staff augmentation sales experience in the Engineering and Power industries. (Civil Engineering, Utilities, Software, Transmission Line, Substation, Civil and Structural, Protection and Control, Electrical Engineering.


• Experience with contract or perm staffing solutions.


• Experience working with ATS and CRM related software.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
