We are a growing home services company specializing in HVAC, appliance repair, installations, and routine home maintenance. We’re looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and excellent customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in both HVAC and appliance repair. This role involves maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and direct communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems & appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and appliance issues.
• Lead HVAC installations (Split systems & Mini-splits).
• Work on refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ovens, A/C systems, furnaces, and mini-split systems.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Manage schedules and complete service calls independently..

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC repair experience – REQUIRED
• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience – REQUIRED
• 1+ year of appliance maintenance/repair experience – REQUIRED
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• $10 bonus for every 5-star customer review
