You are a curious, strategic, sharp-writing idea person who loves to dream up concepts, craft stories, and build pitches that win new business. You're looking for a company that will mentor you, stretch you, and put your business acumen in front of clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At VIVA Creative, we focus on extraordinary client service. New client relationships matter, so our proposals are highly personalized, creative, and strategic: they start by listening to a client, understanding their needs, and answering with a concept no one else would bring, one that measurably improves their organization. You'll help shape that work from the first read of a brief to the finished pitch, built in Keynote, InDesign, HTML, new AI tools, or whatever format serves the idea best.

WHAT YOU'D DO

Dig into each client's objectives, then help develop the strategy and big creative idea that answers them. Shape the storyline and write persuasive, well-crafted copy. Design presentations and contribute to art direction and visual concepting. Research clients, audiences, and competitors, pulling many kinds of information into one sharp point of view. Manage timelines, versions, and every moving piece so nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU BRING

A desire to be part of a vibrant, in-office creative culture. A degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or something adjacent, and relevant experience. Strong writing, structural thinking, and a good eye. Solid knowledge of AI tools, plus eagerness to learn more and innovate. Experience in events or experiential marketing, and prior proposal or pitch work.
