In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees within the company’s production department. You will manage day-to-day production, develop and train employees, monitor workflow and quality, and support continuous improvement across the operation.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Supervisor from any industrial manufacturing background who is looking for new industry training, long-term stability and progression into operations management.

The Role:

• Supervise and develop a production team of approximately 10 employees
• Oversee daily production, workflow, quality, safety and delivery performance
• Receive full training in specialist manufacturing industry
• Drive continuous improvement while progressing toward an Operations Manager position

The Person:

• Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or experienced Team Leader
• Leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing or plant environment
• Looking for new industry training, long-term stability and career progression
